Preservation of Natural Resources: Welcome
Jambu River located in Kadayam and the water flowing from Ramanathi Dam. Past 7 years water in the river is not flowing properly due to the unwanted plants. So we joined with other NGO's to do the Jambu River cleaning project. The project was inaugurated on 15/07/2018 and continued for 4 days. With the support from NGO's NSS volunteers from Sri Paramakalyani College and Chatram Bharathi Hr. Sec. School, we executed this project. After the River cleaning water flowing properly as earlier.

Due to the unwanted plants, the river path to the pond is closed and the water is not able to flow to the pond. On 3rd May, 2015 we removed the wanted plants and repaired the path of the river with the help of Machinery and our volunteers. After the work, water flowing to the pond without any interruption.
